What is the fair program?
At konaktiva, you don’t just meet companies at their booths. Our fair program lets you dive deeper, ask questions and prepare specifically for your conversations. That way, you get the most out of your visit to the fair.
What are career chats?
With so many companies taking part in konaktiva, it can be hard to decide which one suits you best. That’s why we give you the chance to really put your dream employer to the test: in a career chat, up to five companies come together for a panel discussion and answer questions from our team, and of course from you, in person.
When debating with competing companies, the representatives can’t hide behind rehearsed phrases. Instead, they have to convince with hard facts. This way, you get an in-depth and unfiltered picture of the different companies.

Talks

Just drop in.
Want to learn more about a specific company and be well prepared before talking to them at their booth? The company talks are a great opportunity to do just that.
Numerous companies introduce themselves in talks of about 30 minutes, giving you in-depth insights into their company culture. After each talk, you have the chance to ask the speakers your own questions.
You’ll find an overview of all talks in our online catalogue, so you can plan your visit to the fair in the best possible way.
Our One-on-One Interviews
Want more than small talk at the booth – a real chance to introduce yourself? In the one-on-one interviews, you meet the companies you’re most interested in for a personal conversation, much like a real job interview. Whether it’s an internship, a thesis or your first job: this is where you can talk concretely about your opportunities, in a quiet setting away from the hustle and bustle of the fair.

More from our fair program: CV Checks
Is your CV ready for the companies you want to work for? Our cooperation partners in the foyer of the fair will check it for free and give you direct feedback on how to make it even more convincing. That way, you can go into your conversations feeling confident.
